Leave the Chair Behind (LTCB) is an educational program designed to provide information, training, and resources focused on business education, entrepreneurship, and income-generating opportunities—particularly within service-based, real estate-adjacent, and ownership-driven business models.
The Leave the Chair Behind program is owned and operated by Dillard Hospitality Group, Dillard University, LLC and is delivered through digital content, live or recorded trainings, workshops, challenges, masterclasses, and related educational materials. All content provided through Leave the Chair Behind is for informational and educational purposes only and is intended to help participants better understand business concepts, systems, and strategies that may be applied to their own individual circumstances.

During or after the Salon Suites Masterclass, you may be offered the opportunity to purchase optional digital products, trainings, courses, or educational resources (“Upsells”).
All upsells are digital products delivered electronically or via scheduled access.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance, non-use, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances.
